There is no refund or exchange for change of mind.

Your package is carefully packed, ensuring they arrive safely. Once the parcel has beeen handed to Aus Post for delivery, Healing with Essence is no longer responsible or accountable for any loss or damage of your items during transit or in result to any items being left unattended at or near premises.

Items in stock will be posted with Australia post 3-7 days of receiving your cleared payment.
